Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00hr & up (depending on experience, bonuses possible)
Job Duties Include:
The ability to set up to 40 ft ladders, use hand tools such as drills, hammers, levels, tin snips, etc. Use of a gutter machine, removal and installation of gutters downspouts and gutter covers, loading and unloading of trailers, driving truck and trailer. Winter season includes plowing and salting of residential and commercial accounts (various hours depending on when snow/ice arrives).
Requirements:
- A chauffeur’s license is required within 60 days of working here to drive our vehicles
- Work hours are typically Mon-Fri, with a occasional Saturday (winter hours vary depending on weather)
- Honest and Respectful – Working with Clients and Public
- Be able to perform work in outdoor temperatures ranging from 0 to 100°F

Job Duties Include:
Work with Lead Mechanic to perform repairs, modifications, and other maintenance activities involving automobiles, trucks (gasoline and diesel), heavy equipment, snow removal equipment, and lawn and garden equipment. Complete paperwork necessary for recording all repairs and service history of vehicles. Follow safety procedures in all aspects of the job. Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time and perform repetitive motions with hands, wrists, and arms.
Pay rate is dependent upon experience, you must have verifiable mechanical knowledge .
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent with specialized training in automotive/mechanical repair
- A chauffeur’s license is required within 60 days of working here to drive our vehicles
- Work hours are typically Mon-Fri, schedule may be flexible, and may require occasional Saturdays, evenings, and weekends for on-call emergency issues (winter hours vary depending on weather)
- Honest and Respectful
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly through an entire work shift
- Be able to perform work in outdoor temperatures ranging from 0 to 100°F

We are seeking a Residential Handyman (Facilities Maintenance Technician) to maintain the Gutters R Us and New Horizon Property Management building, as well as all the residential and commercial properties the company owns, leases, or has under maintenance contract. Construction background is a must as this role may be called upon to perform new construction or installation of structures and systems. Winter time does include plowing and salting of residential and commercial accounts. (Hours will vary depending on when snow/ice arrives.)
Pay rate is dependent upon experience, you must have verifiable handyman/construction type experience. A work portfolio of photos and references would be great to share.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- A chauffeur’s license is required within 60 days of working here to drive our vehicles
- Computer skills – Needed to make service orders, research maintenance issues, product orders, track time, etc.
- Work hours are typically Mon-Fri, schedule may be flexible, and may require occasional Saturdays, evenings, and weekends for on-call emergency issues (winter hours vary depending on weather)
- Honest and Respectful
- Be able to perform work in outdoor temperatures ranging from 0 to 100°F
